Its simple and easy to read. Plus we all know mothers are limited on time so being a short read, it makes for quick resource. It teaches on many aspects of mindfulness and how beneficial it can be for mothers. We especially loved the beginning chapter on the "3 Causes of Low Moods" and the second "Critical Stage for Depression Risk". Its a great read for any mother.

You rarely see a guide that covers the very important topic of mindfulness in regards to motherhood. I also love that not only does it teaches you technique, but it also shows you how to overcome possible obstacles.
