About the Author Natalie is a freelance writer and blogger who spent the first 15 years of her career as a PR consultant for brands including Cartoon Network, Crowne Plaza, Discovery Channel and T.M.Lewin. By Amazon Customer As a parent of a child with DDH I had a very hard time finding useful information to help us during this journey. Natalie Trice has written a very informative book that is a Godsend to parents. She got a ton of feedback from other parents on the ins and outs of hip dysplasia. I just wish this book had been around before we went through the surgeries and cast because I think it would have really helped our family. Ms. Trice was very thorough with everything to expect.

Is ANYTHING worse than writing essays? It Doesn't Have to Be That Way!

Here’s a scenario I’ve experienced about 100 times. Have you? It’s about 7:00PM on a Sunday night. You’re tired. You’ve just eaten dinner. All you want to do is curl up on the couch and watch Netflix. But you can’t. Because you have a stupid paper to write. In fact, you’ve had the same paper to write for weeks. You’ve just been putting it off. The worst part? It’s due Monday morning at 8AM. Ugh. Now, you have to spend the rest of your Sunday night figuring out some way to get 2,000 words out of your head and into a Word doc. Before you even start, you know what’s going to happen. You’re going to open log onto your laptop, open a word doc, and just… stare at it—probably for the better part of an hour—trying to come up with something (anything!) to say. And it won’t come. At least not easily. You’ll still be sitting there as the hours roll by: 8PM… 9PM… 10PM… And before you know it, it’s midnight, and you’ve got two whole paragraphs to show for it. When you just can’t wait anymore, you force yourself to write just so you can catch a few hours of sleep.

It doesn’t have to be that way…

Here’s what most people don’t know about essays… It’s not about luck. It’s not about having great ideas. It’s not even particularly about how “good” of a writer you are. Nope. It’s about having a good system for writing essays. What if instead of staring at your computer screen trying to come up with something brilliant to say, you had a big, organized pool of information all lined up and ready to be plopped into your essay—almost without thinking? What if you could almost entirely eliminate lots of the extra work most people put into an essay (which, by the way, doesn’t even help get better grades)? What if you understood exactly what makes a good essay and could focus only on those specific things instead of just… guessing? That’s the power of a good system. And I’m going to help you.

I graded college essays for YEARS. Now I want to help.

During my time as a college professor, I’ve assigned and graded just about every kind of essay known to man. I’ve also WRITTEN just about every kind of writing on the planet. That combination—writing millions of words of content and grading thousands of essays—helped me come up with a pretty nifty system for knocking out a good paper. Useful books with interesting ideas for writing fast By Carina Lee I'm no longer a student but decided to grab this book since it was free and the title looked interesting. The book had some interesting ideas that are useful even for writing other things that are not essays. I've read about some of the methods in other books before (such as the brain diagram method) but there are a few new ideas in there as well. The information presented in this book would have been very useful had I had it during my University days.

It's also a lot easier to get a passing grade when you know what it is that your teachers are looking for from an essay. Grab this book if you are tired of being stuck and frustrated everytime that you have to write an essay.

What I do is start out with some sort of template or other site and then figure out how to code the changes I want to make them unique. This can be frustrating at best when you aren't familiar enough with CSS so I finally bit the bullet and bought a book. I'm glad that I bought the right one because this one rocks! I don't think that I got through the entire book in one day but this made learning CSS so much easier than I thought it would be. There are numerous examples and illustrations included, which is how I learn the best. Also, there are end-of-chapter exercises and a bonus project included in the book. A great resource for CSS.

Gray As a new entrant within the field of coding I was referred to this manual by a coworker of mine. Given that I’m very impatient and don’t have the time for a lot of chatter, this book was a perfect fit for me. The author is definitely an authority on the subject and the material is dense yet succinct. A huge help for me as I progressed through the pages were the end chapter exercises; they were very well designed. Also, I found that the concepts were well explained and perfectly suited for beginners like me, especially the explanations on float and position.In summation, if you’re looking for a book on CSS that will instruct you clearly and swiftly, you can’t do better than this one.

The questions on the actual test were VERY similar to the questions in this workbook (at least for part 2, haven't taken part 1 or 3 yet) UPDATE Sept 2015-passed all 3 parts! . Get 80%+ of the questions correct, you will pass, no doubt!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Passed Part 3 First Time No Problem By kittyrina So far, I've only sat for Part 3, but I can tell you this workbook covers what you need to know. Even with only 2 exams provided per part. I didn't even finish 1 of the 2 exams provided for Part 3 coverage because I ran out of time, but I saw questions that were extraordinarily similar. Passed 1st try Part 3. Although, I have to say I wasn't sure if I passed but I did know some of the questions because of this Workbook. The exam is not easy but if you do the work (as in actually actively read the material, "actively" meaning highlighting and writing in your books as well as answering each units questions), you should pass if not on the 1st try on the 2nd. Onto Part 2. Wish me luck

The questions are very similar to the exam questions and are laid out perfectly by the 3 areas being examined. I passed all three parts over 3 months (took one part each month due to working). You can fit the studying into a busy schedule by reading a few units each day or evening.

I liked how it really connected with the reader; rather than using a bunch of spiritual terms, and innuendos. It really helps guide you through the whole process in a really effective way. You can know nothing about mindfulness on day one..and by day 21 you'll be set. I really recommend these series of books. Implementing a habit is tough enough;but this day by day thing really helps make it easier.

The book actually describes me many times so I really find this book helpful in correcting each flaw. So I really need assistance here. I like how this book speaks like a mother who dictates but in a caring way. I love also how to debug myth and common beliefs about Mindfulness. This is a good book to start how to be mindful.

This 21-day-guide would be very ideal for individuals who often experience distracting thoughts and emotions causing them to lose focus and attention. The steps given here is to help you explore mindfulness initially by yourself.The challenge is something every beginner can do as a start before actually entering a mindfulness course (that is in case you may need or want to involve yourself in a formal training in mindfulness techniques) or can be your main guide to acquire mindfulness (especially if done repetitively) without going through any formal course or training. Good read!

By Home Reviewer This book saved me in a class that I'd previously failed. I had so much trouble working with the bookstore "modified" version that was in a miniature binder form that I couldn't answer a majority of our assignments correctly and failed. When I retook the class, I was ready. I ordered this beast of a book, tagged certain sections, and passed with a B+. Some other students were baffled how I was able to do so well on the particular series of assignments (having my work done in record time). I used this book and referenced pieces of it on the internet. My professor was impressed and I redeemed myself in her eyes, but most importantly, in my own. I literally thank this book for providing me the opportunity to accomplish that.

Simple explanation of INTJ personality By Jamil Harper Well, I downloaded this book out of curiosity for the INTJ personality and I basically got what I needed to understand some general characteristics. I see some traits in various people I deal with. The explanations given by the author are simple enough to absorb. The information here can be used in family life, friendships, and career when it comes to relating to other people. Reading this book made me more curious of the other personalities as well. I may just look for references on the others besides INTJ.

By Albert Gonzalez If studying personality types and identifying them within others is an interest of yours, then you need to get a copy of this book. It not only describes what INTJ, but also teaches you how to analyze your own type in order to take your life to a new level. It describes INTJ as friends, parents and even lovers. It also covers personality types in the work place. All bases are covered with this book. Great read.

About the Author Vladimir Nikolaevich Megre (born 23 July, 1950 in Kuznichi village, Gorodnyansky District, Chernigov Region in Ukraine), the author of The Ringing Cedars of Russia book series, was a well-known entrepreneur. He spent most of his childhood with his grandmother Efrosinia Verkhusha, a village healer. As a teenager Vladimir occasionally visited Father Feodorit, a priest of the Trinity-Sergiyev Monastery. Later he was shown there the picture «The One and Only» which he described in his second book before the picture was revealed to the world. Vladimir started an independent life early and left the parents' house at the age of 16. Since 1974 he lived in Novosibirsk and worked as a photographer with Novosibirskoblfoto, a service company. At the beginning of Perestroika (reforms of the late 1980s) he was the president of the Inter-Regional Association of Siberian Entrepreneurs. In 1994-5 he organized two large-scale trade expeditions with a fleet of river steamers along the River Ob along the route Novosibirsk -- Salekhard -- Novosibirsk at his own expense. On this trip, an encounter with Anastasia in the Siberian taiga changed his entire life. It had been a secret for a long time for relatives and friends what made him, an entrepreneur with ten years experience, to pledge his property and spend his savings on unprofitable trading trips. The mystery was revealed in his books with Anastasia as the main character. Vladimir Megre brought something really invaluable from the trips. Throughout 1996-2006 nine books were written by Vladimir Megre (The Ringing Cedars of Russia Series: Anastasia, The Ringing Cedars of Russia, The Space of Love, Co-Creation, Who Are We?, Book of Kin, The Energy of Life, The New Civilization, Rites of Love). In 2011 the author became Laureate of Gusi Peace Prize.

By Amazon Customer These books changed my life and gave me Hope!They inspired me to get land for my daughter, and even though I am a single mother who lives way under the poverty level, and I thought I could never get land, having the dream and holding it in my heart, along with the power and inspiration from these books, helped make my dream come true! Now I am sitting on my Space of Love writing this in hopes that others will read these books and get inspired too!We can return the Earth to a Paradise garden, even now, with Fukushima and all the oil spills, we still CAN turn our course and each create a Space of Love, and help others do the same!Thank You Anastasia!

Expanded my view, given me visions and a belief in the dream of a utopia that is possible. This book shows more details on how we can have deep, loving relationships and tells much of how we have strayed so far away from that with much history of who we've been and where we're headed.

Really people, start with the first volume and read them all. Then...read them all again! Doing so will change your life and the world around you! If this were a required reading in grade schools, the impact would transform the entire planet within a generation!

Will definitely try out the plantain and lentil soup recipes.The book was easy to read and would be very resourceful in every vegan's kitchen. For the non-vegans, definitely take a look through the sections on soy, protein and other myths surrounding being a vegan in general.

I was recommended Vegan or Bust by a vegan friend and so far the results have been great. I was worried that I would have trouble finding foods to eat but the shopping list was quite useful and I loved those recipes. I would recommend this book for anyone who is debating going vegan or any recent converts. Good luck :)

About the Author

• David V. Sherwood is a Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent with over 35 years of professional experience. He received his BBA in Accounting from The College of William and Mary. He has provided accounting, auditing, and consulting services to private and publicly traded clients.
• Kolleen Wells is an Enrolled Agent and a Certified Bookkeeper who specializes in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. She has worked in the accounting field for many years, including a CPA office and at the county assessor's office. Kolleen is also the Finance Officer of a non-profit corporation.
• Richard Gramkow is an Enrolled Agent with more than 17 years of experience in various areas of taxation. He holds a master's degree in taxation from Rutgers University and is currently a tax manager for a publicly held Fortune 500 company in the New York metropolitan area.
• Christy Pinheiro is an Enrolled Agent, Accredited Business Accountant, and writer. She worked as an accountant for two private CPA firms and the state of California before going into private practice.

It wasn't easy, there is a lot of material covered. I decided to try Part 2 first - get the hardest over first! I feel pretty confident now that I will pass Parts 1 & 3. I recommend this series (and the workbook), but read the suggested IRS publications too! Thank you Pass Key!

The text provides much information and many examples, and I was able to pass the exam on the first try. My only complaints would be that the index page numbers don't match up with the correct sections, as if they weren't updated since last year's edition, and there are several boxes that designate information as being critical for success on the exam, with little explanation and not enough examples for those topics. Overall, it prepared me to take the exam, and I would recommend purchasing it.

By Amazon Customer I had wasted months studying a review course from another provider for which i paid a lot more $$$, but was so confused and overwhelmed by the information, the more i studied the more it confused me. Somehow i read the reviews for this book and decided to take a chance; i studied half of it in three days and so addicted to it. Everything is presented in a very PLAIN and EASY to understand language. I completed the whole book in exactly TWO weeks. I read and re-read and then tried the workbook in the weekend and got 69% on the first exam and 78% in the second. I was done with the exam at Prometric in exactly 80 minutes the next day, Monday---passed it the first time. Don't find words to thank the authors.
