Awful By GG Castillo Don't know why I continue to hope these books will get better, maybe because I know they cost a dollar or more after the first few days and I don't want others to spend their hard earned money, or their precious time paying for books as horribly put together as, so far, the majority of the books I've acquired from Encore. I just don't understand why they continue to publish non-edited, poorly formatted and many untested/incomplete recipes as in this fudge and other of their books.
