By Ruby Loves Adventure Eating clean basically means trying to eat organic and avoiding processed foods - this apparently helps with your lifespan and also making you more healthy. The book gives a lot of recipes that you can try out. I will agree that eating clean is great, but the recipe part is the thing that I loved about the book because it saves me the trouble of looking for them online, and the price isn't that bad either.

We try everything and anything to avoid any illness because illness destroys everything that we have. But one reason we are sick is the things we consume, yes food is one of the essential needs of people, because it gives us strength and energy to go on with our everyday lives but not all are good, other are toxic. This book has just a lot of healthy and clean recipes you could choose from, mouthwatering and easy to make.

I searched foods for healing my body many times and I get same results. I have a friend that told me about this book that is why I have it now. This book helped me understand what clean eating is. This book shows the science of eating clean. I learned a complete clean food diet grocery list. I hope the author puts pictures in this book for the output.
