29 of 30 people found the following review helpful. Passed my NCLEX on 1st try!!! By Shavonda Paul I purchased this book to study for my NCLEX-PN. This was the only study material I used. However, I didn't read the book. I just used the practice questions via online that came with book code. I did almost 2,000 questions and read each rational. Took boards on Thursday 08/20/15 then on Friday 08/21/15 my LPN license appeared on the Secretary of State website around noon. My NCLEX-PN had cut of at the minimum 85 questions.

By lwebe10 Do not bother with the kindle edition, they will tell you that it does not come with a code even though it states it does that allows access to online pretests, audio, video and charts.

By Trail Runner 42 I bought this book as a recommendation from one of my nursing school instructors. I did not take a course on how to take the NCLEX-PN, so I focused using this book and the online review. Almost everyone in my class bought this book, and we all passed the PN test because of the excellence of our school program and the test taking tips and questions from this book. Buy it early in nursing school, so you get used to answering these types of questions, if your school doesn't already do so. Learn how to work on the dreaded "select all that apply" questions. This book also helped us take our weekly exams in school.
