No gimics, no funky diet here that restricts this food or that. Pretty common sense, but written with a bit of humor to make it fun. The author uses basic calorie counting and moving your body more...which really IS what it is all about. You don't have to give up this food or that. While I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to dance naked in my house, I have found dancing at home when nobody it watching is a lot more fun way to exercise then riding an exercise bike or treadmill. Or as I like to call it, a dreadmill. Very enjoyable read and good inspiration to get the pounds off and move the body more.

By MF This book is a must read if you are looking to start losing weight and it is a great reminder for someone that is already losing weight. Dylan Murray's down to earth and personal style is warm and encouraging, like the friend we all need kicking us off the couch to start exercising and eating right. I would call this essential January reading. No - essential reading any time we are starting a new fitness plan and need a pat on the back to get us going.
