All of the books in this series are easy to understand and follow, and give tips and benefits for each pose. I have been practicing yoga on and off for years and still found these books to be great. A must have series.

Sunday Yoga continues in the same vein of the other books with clear explanations and good illustrations to demonstrate poses. These poses make me feel more grounded and centered and have increasede my flexibility as well as balance. Excellent series for beginners!
