Instead, it just makes any situation worse. I have a problem of becoming anxious very easily. Whenever I see trouble, I get anxious and panicked and make the situation even worse. So, I was planning to come out of this condition. That’s why I got this book. This book has very useful information on overcoming one’s anxiety. Meditation has been a great help for me. It has been really helping me to calm my nerves. I’m really thankful to the author.
