Good Information On Maintaining The Balance And Harmony In A Relationship By Tiffany Lane I've always wanted to know more about chakras, mainly because I own those nice trinkets that are somehow associated with the goodness of chakras. It's always been common to hear about rose quartz being useful for those who want to attract love which makes it popular with single females who believe in the theory of chakras. Obviously, as mentioned within the book, it is vital to maintain the balance of the heart chakra so that couples can reach a better understanding of one another and continue to feel the chemistry and attraction in the relationship. In any case, I choose to believe that all chakras need to be balanced to maintain some harmony in our bodies and overall wellbeing.

It also contains some other helpful information about chakras, like the effects that stones and colors have on them. The book is quite insightful, but I think that it could use more content, to be even more informative. And still, in my opinion, it is pretty good and deserves 5 stars.
