By Daniel Gandarilla A very comprehensive look and synthesis of a topic that has little academic research. Dr. Rademakers expresses clearly and succinctly the role, types, and examples of corporate universities. Where traditionally there has been confusion, there is now a source to help with a conceptual foundation. Would highly recommend for anyone that is doing research on corporate universities and/or asked to start a corporate university. Would be beneficial for all current Chief Learning Officers as well.
