Whether you're a math whiz, or have trouble with it, this book helped me know everything I need to know about the math that's necessary for my profession, not to mention helping to pass the tests to renew my license. I highly recommend this book to everyone in real estate. It was written in a clear and precise manner, and I was able to easily learn things that before seemed much more complex. The examples in the book were great. Bravo!
