I liked how it really connected with the reader; rather than using a bunch of spiritual terms, and innuendos. It really helps guide you through the whole process in a really effective way. You can know nothing about mindfulness on day one..and by day 21 you'll be set. I really recommend these series of books. Implementing a habit is tough enough;but this day by day thing really helps make it easier.

The book actually describes me many times so I really find this book helpful in correcting each flaw. So I really need assistance here. I like how this book speaks like a mother who dictates but in a caring way. I love also how to debug myth and common beliefs about Mindfulness. This is a good book to start how to be mindful.

David I read this book first thing in the morning and it made me feel light and refreshed. It discussed what mindfulness is and provided simple steps for beginners on how to start acquiring this state of mind. This 21-day-guide would be very ideal for individuals who often experience distracting thoughts and emotions causing them to lose focus and attention. The steps given here is to help you explore mindfulness initially by yourself.The challenge is something every beginner can do as a start before actually entering a mindfulness course (that is in case you may need or want to involve yourself in a formal training in mindfulness techniques) or can be your main guide to acquire mindfulness (especially if done repetitively) without going through any formal course or training. Good read!
