I want more, and I know this book will help me in starting to do yoga for the first time. As the book title implies, yes the book will tell you steps by steps on how to yoga and the advantages and the types of yoga you wanna try. The book also explains each types of yoga and what's the benefit of each so you'll know what type and position you're going to try. It can be a good source of peace both in the mind and the body. Practicing Yoga can be done as a habit or in times of need. But I am sure it can be more helpful if we do Yoga everyday until the time that it will become part of our day. I like this book because in just a short phrases, everything including a very good introduction to Yoga was done very well. The origin, the history, as well as the types and names of Yoga practices are written here. Aside from that, the book also tackles the advantages and the significance of Yoga to people. Therefore, I can say that the book has been so great.
