By Trevor I was recently told that my triglycerides and cholesterol are elevated, so I have been looking for ways to make my diet more healthy. When I saw the offer to get this at a discount I took the chance to grab it and I was very excited. Healthy eating can be overwhelming, but I like how simple and straightforward this guide is. It gives you examples of healthy and non healthy choices, and gives recipes to help with meal plans. I also really like the 10 day long meal planning suggestion. I am looking forward to trying these recipes and would recommend this guide to anyone looking to start eating more healthy.

By Mercedes We must admit that we tend to forget our diet, especially if we are served with delicious food, we can’t help ourselves isn’t it? This book is amazing because provides the motivation I needed to start a clean eating habit. The whole diet basically comes down to consuming foods in their natural state, organic naturally grown. With all of the chemicals used to grow our produce and ingredients we can't pronounce, it makes me wonder what I am eating in this energy bar, why canned tuna is able to last so long, etc. This is a valuable book that I have added to my digital library!​
