By Gregory S Parry If you need some professional help and guidance with your exercise plans, then you've struck pure gold with this great gym instructor and professional fitness expert because he's just added another classic to his series of workout books.The focus is directed towards the power of squats and yoga, an awesome combination that targets key strengthening exercises with the beauty and flexibility of yoga. And, having followed the author's guidance, I can happily declare that it's a combination that works extremely well.Clearly described and easy to follow, the exercises can be used by virtually anybody and you can detect the author's obvious enthusiasm for his subject because there's agenuine warmth in the way he handles his mission to bring the benefits of smart exercise to a wider audience. By Beran Parry Exercise just got a whole lot smarter with this latest offering from your favourite fitness guru. Great to see a well described set of exercises that can firm and tone the areas that so many ladies are interested in but with the added bonus of selected movements from classical Yoga to add poise, balance and flexibility to the finished result. All the movements are perfectly explained and are aimed at anyone who's interested in getting fitter and toning their muscles. The book makes a welcome contribution to Yoga by explaining everything so clearly, encouraging people of all ages to sample the benefits of this ancient form of exercise that brings the mind and body into better alignment. Highly recommended, especially at a time when so many of us need to develop a better approach to our physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you are a seasoned yoga and workout guru...or just starting out. The information is invaluable. I especially like the images as this helps to know if you are doing it right. Combining squats and yoga is a great way to tome and strengthen your body. This author knows what he is talking about and you can tell he really enjoys doing it and teaching it.
