I didn't have any high blood pressure, but I always been curious about the DASH diet. Initially, I thought it was some sort of a quick diet for the busy people. Actually, the DASH diet was designed to lower hypertension but it is also been found out that it can lower the risk of cancer, heart disease, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce cholesterol, lose weight and host of other health related benefits.Everyone can be benefitted by following this diet. It is not simply another diet but rather a way of eating that will promote long term health benefits.This book has a collection of wonderful recipes that are easy to follow from breakfast to dinner as well as dessert and snacks too. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to try out DASH Diet.
