Personally, I am very thorough with everything I do and the checklists you find at the end of every chapter make the process clear and straightforward. It covers so much ground and it is so condensed that sometimes can be a bit heavy and it may take more time than anticipated to finish and to put into practice the actions described. I read quite a few other books on the topic and so far I think it is the most comprehensive for the low price paid. If you want even better value try to get it on Kindle Unlimited (but you have to get membership to the program).
