Very Helpful for non-Hindi speaking parents By Ruth As a native English speaker/ reader this is one of the few books I have found that includes hindi script accompanied by Romanized pronunciation (ie: ek, do, teen...). The body of the book and illustrations covers numbers 0-10. The back of the book has numbers 0-20 in both numerals (Westernized Arabic numbers and Hindi numbers) and script (Hinidi script and Romanized pronunciation). There's a brief explanation of the development of the numeral zero as it pertains to Indian history. Other similar Hindi script & Romanized pronunciation that I have found helpful are: Hindi Flashcards: Script & Pronunciation (English and Hindi Edition) Cards by Anshu Jain and Bindi Baby Animals (Hindi): A Beginner Language Book for Hindi Kids (Hindi Edition) by Aruna K. In terms of print quality, paper quality, graphics, and binding it is not better (possibly worse!) than a photocopied booklet. Don't waste your money. You would do better printing some pages of the internet and binding them yourself.
