By Julie Fox Just started reading the book today, and I am already excited and engaged with the concepts. I am lucky enough to happen to know Dr. Petrick as I was one of his patients. Thanks to him I can walk, so I can tell you from first hand experience that the guy knows his stuff. He is just one of those awesome people that really sincerely want to help people. As soon as I heard about his book I got my copy, and even though I know him, that isn't why I highly recommend the book. It's actually very well written with fully defined concepts and engaging material. It's not boring to read like some healthy living books tend to be. Quite a pageturner! Can't wait to start implementing! Get the book people! You won't regret it :)

This book has greatly increased my awareness and knowledge in the field of healthcare, health, fitness and the body. Too often people jump quickly into surgery before finding and treating the underlying problem. As a competitive athlete and fitness trainer, Dr. Petrick use of non-surgical methods to improve mobility, muscle tension and heal injuries has been beyond helpful for me. This book is beneficial for anyone that is looking to improve their health and wellness now and even in the future. Great and practical diet tips, fitness tips and even motivation. Love this book!

A Book To Live By By flyn r cooley Dr. Jon has some really great advice about how to shift your focus and mindset to achieve a healthier more productive lifestyle. Best part about all of the advice is that anyone can do it, it just takes some dedication and motivation. Even if you are already living a healthy lifestyle there are still plenty of things you can change to, for example, engage your brain in a more powerful way. I'm mainly following Dr. Jon's advice so that I can live a more balanced life with restful nights, and less stress when things get complicated. Thanks Dr. Jon!!!
