I did not know there was a typical eye scan pattern shaped like an inverted L. This information is critical in getting the most relevant information seen. I realized quickly how much sense his advice made and how it could make a difference if it were true. Immediately I made many recommended changes to my resume and rapidly realized increases in calls for interviews. I just got done reading this book on RP after seeing a tweet about it and am re-invigorated with the depth and detail he captures. Of particular interest to me is the deconstruction of the inefficient writing and resume numbers sections, which both score huge on the value scale for me. (More "oh crap" moments)But I am now really agitated! I have been sending people to Dirk for advice for years and suddenly realized that my own resume has languished with inattention over time. I may not be seeking anything at the moment, but we never know when something seeks us out and putting our best foot forward is extremely important.This book is packed with tips, quickly articulated to show cause and effect value. I am very much impressed with Dirk all over again. Highly recommended!
