About the Author Neal Kennerk has been involved in Waldorf education for over ten years. He earned his M.E.d in Waldorf education from Antioch University NE, where he wrote his master's thesis on the nine-year change. Jennifer Kennerk has been involved in Waldorf education for five years, and has been a student of Anthroposophy for over ten. She has training in Waldorf education and remedial methods and is the mother of four children.

A Note From One of the Authors By Neal Kennerk This book is intended to serve both teachers and parents of Waldorf students by providing a picture of soul development of the 3rd grader through the archetypes found in stories from the Old Testament. Through the images of Hebrew Mythology, the common image of the teacher, parent, and child emerges and sets up a simile-based communication, so that parent and teacher can work deeply together to support the child through this "fall" out of childhood. Much turmoil can be proactively overcome when we understand the impulses behind the often unpleasant behavior of the 9 and 10 year old.Please Review this book.
